I want to dye my cousin's hair a bright bright color. She has very dark brown thick curly hair..I've dyed hair before and it has turned out really well, but it was blonde so the color stuck. Helppp please:)
make sure her hair is healthy first...bleach it blonde then dye it whatever color you want. it has to be healthy because dying and bleaching isnt really good for hair
