Why isn't infant circumcision banned for boys too?
We are fighting for equal rights, if female infant circumcision is banned, we should push for a petition to ban male infant circumcision too
I agree. I hate the double standard.
The more major forms of female circumcision are worse than male circumcision, but that DOES NOT justify male circumcision. Is rape justifiable because murder is worse?
Fortunately the rates of male circumcision are declining. The USA is basically the last developed country that still circumcises routinely. If we keep educating people on how unnecessary and cruel circumcision is, and the fact that it removes a very functional part of the penis and that it should be the boy's choice whether he wants this part removed, we'll get to people and soon (I'm hoping) circumcision will be a thing of the past.
Female circumcision used to happen in the USA. People thought it was normal then. Now we look back and think, "why did we do that to our baby girls?" In 100 years from now we'll be looking back and thinking, "why did we do that to our baby boys?"

First off it's not excess skin. You obviously have NO idea of the functions of the foreskin. And no, foreskin does not get in the way of masturbating. Foreskin ADDS to the pleasure. The foreskin does not carry HPV. It has been disproved many times over that foreskin can cause cervical cancer in women.
